Sponsor | | ericthehamster | Feb 4, 4:21am | I see! I presumed that it was sort of in the PBS category, so would be universally available, but I suppose the BBC is a commercial package when it goes abroad. What a shame.
Over here, you tend to be better off with the basic packages - they get more rubbishy the more you have (although you tend to have to get the maximum package to get the sports channels). |

We don't have a bad package, and get most of the Discovery channels (sadly no longer Discovery Kids, I'm not sure why), UKTV Gold, History, Sci Fi as well as the terrestrial channels. I think we recently discovered some sports stuff there, which has pleased Mr H as he can see Irish Rugby matches.
