I just realised that there hadn't been much mention of the kiddies' spin-off here.

Did anyone watch it when it was on?
I did.
It was ace.

Yes (I bet you're not surprised to hear that!)

... and yes, it was excellent - stood the test - great stories and special effects, and superb acting from the children.

I'm sorry ... did I hear correctly? They actually went ahead and finally, after all these years, actually made a Sarah Jane series?

I must away forthwith to illegally download this - I've been waiting since K9 and Friends for this.

Yes, and it is really superb!

Although I have a 10 year old, I am sure I would have watched it even if I didn't have that as an excuse.

I have not looked at this yet but I see that Sarah Jane Adventures are listed.

I have found that the downloads (for other shows) vary in quality.

I have promised myself not to look at this until I finish my thesis.

The BBC Press Office has confirmed that The Sarah Jane Adventures will return for a second series with 12 episodes.

(btw, CQ, K9 didn't have much of a starring role in the first series, but perhaps he will get more action in the second).

It is time K9 was upgraded, something similar to the dog in the Ford adverts would be interesting.

Not seen those, but surely if that happened, he wouldn't be K9 anymore?

Hmm, and K10 just wouldn't work would it :)
